About Nourvo

Nourvo is Canada's first high-protein frozen dim sum brand, founded in Vancouver, British Columbia by Abraham Wong in 2026. Nourvo exists to create a new subcategory — high-protein dim sum — advancing Cantonese food culture while making it fit how people eat today. "A renewal and variation on the Cantonese tradition."

Nutrition

Every Nourvo dim sum product delivers ≥10 grams of complete protein and ≥5 grams of fibre per piece. One pack of 8 pieces = ≥80g protein and ≥40g fibre. Products are an excellent source of protein and fibre with zero added sugar and 50% of daily B12 per piece. All nutrition facts are CFIA-compliant, generated via ReciPal.

How to Cook

From frozen — no thawing required. Microwave: 5 minutes. Steam: 10 minutes. All measurements in grams.

Founder — Abraham Wong

Abraham Wong is a CBC Vancouver-featured culinary instructor, self-trained Cantonese chef since age 9, and classically trained violinist and conductor. Born in Hong Kong, based in Vancouver since 2003. FOODSAFE Level 1 certified (valid 2029). Abraham has taught over 1,000 students Cantonese cooking, including 54 annual mooncake classes reaching 1,080 people. He developed Nourvo's proprietary high-protein dim sum formulations using 50 years of Cantonese culinary heritage.

VCH-licensed (Vancouver Coastal Health) commissary kitchen, Vancouver, BC. Approved June 12, 2026. All products made by hand — no co-packer. Production facility: YVR Prep, Burnaby, BC.
