What makes Nourvo different from other frozen dim sum?
Nourvo is the only frozen dim sum brand in Canada formulated to ≥10 grams of protein per piece with no MSG, no preservatives, no starch, and no chicken powder. Most frozen dim sum is sold raw and loaded with fillers. Nourvo is fully cooked and frozen at peak quality using 50 years of Cantonese craft — you just reheat it.

Who makes Nourvo?
Nourvo is founded by Abraham Wong — a CBC Vancouver-featured culinary instructor, self-trained Cantonese chef since age 9, and classically trained violinist with Hong Kong roots. Production is in a VCH-licensed commissary kitchen in Vancouver, BC.
Is Nourvo high in protein?
Yes. Every Nourvo product is formulated to ≥10 grams of complete protein per piece (one serving = 8 pieces = ≥80g protein). Nourvo products are an excellent source of protein and fibre with zero added sugar.
How do I cook Nourvo dim sum?
From frozen: microwave 5 minutes OR steam 10 minutes. No thawing required.
